All About Top of Waikiki, Hawaii’s Only Revolving Restaurant

Whether you’re here on vacation or kama’aina, Top of Waikiki will be a night to remember with world-class service and unforgettable panoramic views. Delighting millions of guests since its opening in October of 1965, this recently remodeled, three-tiered Waikiki icon offers the finest Hawaii Regional Steak and Seafood prepared nightly by Executive Chef Lance Kosaka.

 

Where is Top of Waikiki located?

 

Top of Waikiki is located in the Waikiki Business Plaza, at the heart of Waikiki on the corner of Seaside Avenue and Kalakaua Avenue. Once in the building, take elevators to the 18th floor, then follow two flights of escalators up to our restaurant.

 

When are you open?

Our hours of operation are from 5pm to 9:30pm daily.

 

Do you offer free parking?

Validated parking is available in the Waikiki Shopping Plaza and the Waikiki Business Plaza parking lots. Be sure to bring your parking ticket with you and have it validated by one of our hostesses.

 

Are reservations required for dinner?

We do recommend reservations in advance to dine with us for dinner, but also take walk-ins based on availability. The best way to reserve a table is online, or by calling us at (808) 923-3877. (See below for information on our Happy Hour.)

 

Do I need reservations for Happy Hour?

No! Reservations for Happy Hour are not necessary and it is seated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Happy Hour is from 5:00 – 9:30pm at the bar only.

 

Is there a dress code?

In consideration for our guests, resort attire and proper footwear is required in our restaurant. No beachwear or sleeveless shirts for men, please.

 

Do you take large parties?

Top of Waikiki is happy to accommodate larger parties. If you are interested in making a reservation for 6 or more, please call us directly at (808) 923-3877. Will I get motion sickness?

Top of Waikiki revolves approximately one revolution per hour – you can barely feel it! The majority of our guests hardly notice the restaurant is moving at all.
